Kathmandu. Police have arrested two people from Banke and Kathmandu on charges of rape.
In Banke, Bishesh Neupane, 19, a resident of Bardiya Madhuwan Municipality-1, was arrested on Friday evening on charges of raping a 21-year-old woman.
