Pashupati Area Cleaned in Preparation for Fourth Monday of Shrawan

Kathmandu. Cleaning has been done in the Pashupati area, where the adored deity Lord Shri Pashupatinath resides, in preparation for the fourth Monday of Shrawan.

The Pashupati Area Development Trust had started the cleaning campaign five weeks ago on a Saturday in preparation for the Mondays of Shrawan. Kedarman Bhandari, a member of the Trust's governing council, a local resident, and a Bhandari at Pashupati, informed that cleaning was carried out in various parts of the Pashupati area today as well, marking the fifth week of the campaign.
