Hotel Association Nepal Appoints Ram Sundar Bake as Acting Chairman of Bagmati Province Committee

Kathmandu. Hotel Association Nepal (HAN) has nominated Ram Sundar Bake as the chairman of the Bagmati Province ad-hoc committee. The association’s executive committee meeting nominated Bake, managing director of Village Highland Resort, as the chairman of the Bagmati Province ad-hoc committee. The association has wished Bake a successful tenure and expressed confidence that an effective, inclusive, and strong provincial committee will be formed under his leadership, encompassing all districts of Bagmati Province. The association has also requested, through a letter, to form the provincial committee with the participation of representatives from the districts under Bagmati Province and provide the list of office bearers and members to the association’s secretariat in accordance with HAN’s bylaws and procedures. Similarly, HAN expects that Bake’s leadership will make a significant contribution to the development of the hotel and tourism sector at the provincial level, the protection of business interests, and the strengthening of the association.
