Mumbai. Hindi film 'Joru Ka Ghulam' director 73-year-old Shakeel Noorani has been arrested in a case of sexual harassment and rape.
He was arrested after a 33-year-old actress filed a complaint against him, levelling several allegations including sexual exploitation and blackmailing.
