Jhapa’s local levels express commitments to enacting Local Dalit Rights Act

Jhapa Aug 10: The local levels in Jhapa have expressed commitments to enacting and implementing a Local Dalit Rights Act.

Such commitments from the local levels in the district came when the Koshi Province Government is preparing to endorse the Bill relating to the Dalit Empowerment by the next fiscal year.
