Nepali Congress Leader NP Saud Urges Party Unity, Warns Against Division

Kathmandu. Nepali Congress leader Narayan Prakash (NP) Saud has urged leaders demanding a special convention within the party not to go down the path of party division. Speaking at a program organized by Nepali Congress Sindh-Kathmandu in Kathmandu on Monday, he emphasized forgetting internal differences and focusing on party unity.

Referring to the Supreme Court's recent decision to review the verdict of a division bench in a case currently under consideration, he described it as an 'opportunity to reform' for the dissenting factions. Leader Saud recalled that leaders leading the demand for a special convention are also part of the Central Committee elected from the 14th General Convention and hold important responsibilities.
