House of Representatives Passes Bill to Revive Provisions of Nepal Special Service Act, 2042

Kathmandu. The House of Representatives has passed the 'Bill to Revive the Previous Provisions of the Nepal Special Service Act, 2042' by a majority. The bill, along with the report of the State Affairs and Good Governance Committee, was passed in the meeting of the House of Representatives held on Monday.

In the meeting, Speaker Dolprasad Aryal presented the provision of Clause 2 (Provision to Revive Previous Provisions) of the bill for a decision. After the majority of the MPs expressed their voice vote in favor of the clause by saying 'yes', Speaker Aryal announced that the bill had been passed.
