The Judicial Council is preparing to bring high court judges to the Supreme Court this time, citing controversies in the past due to direct appointment of judges from a legal practitioner background to the Supreme Court.< /p>

Sources from the Judicial Council have informed that due to controversies seen in the appointment of judges to the Supreme Court from politically connected legal practitioners, preparations are being made to bring all vacant positions from the high court this time. 'This time, Chief Justice Dr. Manoj Kumar Sharma will adopt a different style in judge appointments,' said a member of the council. 'As soon as the complaints against the judges are resolved, a decision will be made regarding the appointment of Supreme Court and High Court judges.'< /p>
