Nepal Cricket Association Announces 14-Member Squad for ACC Premier Cup with Sandeep Lamichhane as ODI Captain

Kathmandu. The Nepal Cricket Association (CAN) has announced a 14-member Nepali national cricket team for the upcoming ACC Premier Cup. Leg spinner Sandeep Lamichhane has been selected as the One Day International (ODI) captain of the team. According to a press release issued by CAN Secretary Paras Khadka, Sandeep has been given the responsibility of captaincy from August 30 to September 12, 2026, for the ACC Premier Cup to be held in Malaysia. CAN has stated that a strong 14-member team comprising experienced and young players has been announced for the said tournament to be held in Malaysia.
