Egg Support Price Increased Due to Rising Demand

Chitwan. Businessmen have increased the support price due to increased demand for eggs. The Nepal Layers Poultry Farmers Association has increased the support price of eggs effective from today.

According to the association, the support price has been fixed at Rs 560 per crate (30 eggs) for XL eggs, Rs 545 for large eggs, Rs 500 for medium eggs, and Rs 3,000 per case (seven crates) for small eggs.
