Child Refuses Seatbelt, Forcing Flight Cancellation in Canada

Ottawa. A flight was canceled for safety reasons after a small child refused to wear a seat belt in Canada. This incident has now sparked a new debate worldwide regarding the flight safety of children and their behavior.

On August 6, a 'Porter Airlines' flight was preparing to take off from Victoria to Toronto. As the plane was taxiing towards the runway, a small child stood up in their seat and refused to wear a seat belt. According to the airline, despite numerous attempts by the child's parents and crew members to persuade and make them wear the belt, all were unsuccessful.
