70 Missing After Flood in Bhote Koshi River, Rasuwa

Hetauda. 70 people from Makwanpur are out of contact after the flood in the Bhote Koshi river in Rasuwa. According to Chief District Officer Basanta Adhikari, relatives of the district residents who had gone to flood-affected areas including Rasuwa have informed the administration about them being out of contact.

He informed that some of the people said to be out of contact have started coming in contact with their relatives. According to preliminary details, among those out of contact are people who had gone to areas like Gosainkunda for pilgrimage and travel, those driving vehicles in the flood-affected areas, and those involved in various professions and businesses.
