Coalition Partners Agree on Government Expansion and Vote of Confidence in Koshi Province

Biratnagar. An agreement has been reached between the CPN (UML) and the Communist Party of Nepal to expand the government within the next week and for Chief Minister Hikmat Kumar Karki to take a vote of confidence within the following week.

In the third phase of discussions held today at the Chief Minister's residence in Biratnagar regarding the expansion of the Koshi Province government and ministry allocation, a theoretical agreement was reached between the two parties on the number of ministries and responsibilities, informed UML MP Resham Bahadur Bhandari, who participated in the meeting.
