Badimalika-Ramaroshan Forest Conservation Area Declared

Bajura. A decision to connect Bajura's Badimalika and Achham's Ramaroshan areas and make them the 'Badimalika-Ramaroshan Forest Conservation Area' has been implemented and announced.

Chief Minister Kamal Bahadur Shah stated at a program organized in Dhangadhi today that the forest conservation area was declared as per the decision of the provincial council of ministers on Bhadra 19. "The government has already decided to develop the important forest and natural areas of the two districts as a single conservation area. The conservation area has been declared in accordance with Section 26 (1) of the Sudurpashchim Province Forest Act, 2077," said Chief Minister Shah, "The provincial government is committed to further enhancing the conservation of natural resources, biodiversity, and forests in the Badimalika and Ramaroshan areas."
