Threats, attacks drive 101 press freedom violations in Nepal

Press Council Nepal says 119 journalists were affected by intimidation, physical attacks, arrests and other forms of interference over the past fiscal year.

Nepal recorded 101 incidents of press freedom violations across the country in the past fiscal year, according to an annual report released by the Press Council Nepal on Wednesday.
