Three communist parties reach two-point agreement to form Lumbini govt

KATHMANDU, Aug 12: The CPN-UML, Nepali Communist Party and Nepal Communist Party (Masal) have reached a two-point agreement to cooperate in forming the Lumbini provincial government and opposing any attempt at political regression.
