Editor Kishore Shrestha Detained by Police for Investigation

Kathmandu. Janastha's Chief Editor Kishore Shrestha has been taken into custody by the police and formally handed a detention slip. The District Police Range, Kathmandu, has issued a slip to keep him in police custody for investigation on the charge of violating personal privacy.

According to the detention slip issued by the police, the case against Shrestha has been advanced based on the complaint filed by Deepika Singh. The slip names the Government of Nepal as the plaintiff and Kishore Shrestha as the defendant.
