Monsoon Influence Continues Across Nepal

Kathmandu. Currently, the influence of monsoon winds remains across the country. According to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, Meteorological Forecasting Division, the low-pressure line of the monsoon is currently located around its average position.

At present, Madhesh Province as well as the hilly regions of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim provinces are generally cloudy. The weather in the Terai regions of Lumbini and Sudurpaschim provinces is normal with partial cloudiness.
