Nepal Securities Board Sets Basis for IPO Premium Pricing

Kathmandu. Nepal Securities Board has prepared the basis for determining the price of public offerings issued at a premium price.

Amidst claims of manipulation in the IPO approval and pricing process, the board has made such arrangements to stop arbitrary price determination. This arrangement is for offerings made through methods other than the book-building system.
