Nepal Telecom's Rs 316.7 Million Business Intelligence System Becomes Fully Operational After Five Years

Kathmandu. Nepal Telecom has brought its Business Intelligence (BI) System into full commercial operation nearly five years after purchasing the platform, which had previously drawn criticism from the Office of the Auditor General for remaining unused.

The state-owned telecom operator issued a Provisional Acceptance Certificate for the system on November 27, 2025, and has since integrated it as the organization's central analytical platform.
