With stops in India, Malaysia, Japan and Oman, CAN leaders insist structural changes in the squad are aimed squarely at qualifying for the Asia Cup and building beyond ODI status retention.
Head coach Stuart Law, ODI skipper Sandeep Lamichhane and Cricket Association of Nepal officials made a common statement on Friday: “The changes in team roster and captaincy are for the betterment of Nepali cricket.”
