'Summer Love' Play Premieres at Kantipur Theatre to Enthusiastic Response

Kathmandu. Subin Bhattarai's most popular novel-based play 'Summer Love' has had an enthusiastic start at Kantipur Theatre. The play, directed by Samrat Bhujel, began staging on Shrawan 29. The first two days' four shows were houseful three days in advance, and tickets for the subsequent two shows have also been booked in advance. Earlier, the play 'Seto Dharti' staged by Kantipur Theatre had created a new history in Nepali theatre by completing 101 record-breaking shows.

Another special attraction of 'Summer Love' is popular film actor Arpan Thapa. He has entered the theatre for the first time through this play and acted in it. The main roles in the play are Sagar Khanal, Basna Timilsina, Binita Giri, Brabim Basnet, Raksha Gautam, Sanam Shrestha, and Janaki Bajgai.
