Two Arrested in Banke and Kailali for Rape Charges

Kathmandu. Police have arrested two people from Banke and Kailali on charges of rape.

In Banke, 21-year-old Lal Bahadur Rana Chhetri, a resident of Baijanath Rural Municipality-2, Pitmari, was arrested by the police on Friday afternoon on the charge of raping a 16-year-old girl. Based on a complaint that Rana had raped the girl, a police team dispatched from the Area Police Office, Kohalpur, took him into custody.
