Congress Leader Khadka Urges Self-Reflection Amidst Party Criticism

Kathmandu. Nepali Congress leader Deepak Khadka has urged former President Sher Bahadur Deuba to introspect rather than criticize party President Gagan Kumar Thapa and other office bearers, stating that they have already been rejected by the mandate.

Addressing the national gathering of the Nepali Congress's establishment-opposing faction in Kathmandu, he commented that it is shameful for those defeated in elections to question others. Leader Khadka defended the leadership of former President Sher Bahadur Deuba, stating that he has not lost any election and has respected the public mandate. He accused internal party conflict and 'chaos' of weakening the Congress, and that such activities have played a main role in bringing the party to its current state.
