Kathmandu. Police have arrested a school principal in West Nawalparasi for allegedly sending obscene messages to a female student through Facebook Messenger.
Police arrested Bharat Neupane, principal of New Life English Boarding Secondary School in Singaha, Ward No. 1 of Susta Rural Municipality, on Saturday following a complaint filed against him.
