Eight Houses Damaged, 40 at High Risk Due to Landslides in Baglung's Nisikhola

Baglung. In Nisikhola Rural Municipality in the western part of Baglung district, eight houses have been damaged due to disasters, while 40 are at high risk. With the monsoon becoming active, eight houses were damaged due to landslides in Dharatole, Nisikhola Rural Municipality-2.

Ward Chairman of Nisikhola-2, Kubir Bishwakarma, informed that 40 houses in Nisikhola are at high risk of landslides. He stated that the landslides have caused partial damage to some locals' houses, sheds, and toilets, including damage to the roof eaves, dislodging of roofs, and cracking of houses.
