Manandhar wins 5 km open mini marathon

Bhairahawa (Rupandehi), September 9 — Dhanu Manandhar from Itahari came first in the 5km mini-marathon organised here this morning. The event was hosted by Nepali Congress Rupandehi to mark the 111th BP Jayanti.

Manandhar completed the distance in 15 minutes and 52 seconds followed by Umesh Barai of Rupandehi who took 16 minutes 4 seconds to come second while Ajay Pandey, also from Rupandehi took 16 minutes 25 seconds to come third.
