Senior Advocate Bhattarai: Photos Publicized on Social Media Cannot Be Personal Privacy

Kathmandu. Senior advocate Tika Ram Bhattarai has argued that a photograph publicized by an individual on social media cannot be a matter of personal privacy.

While arguing in the habeas corpus petition filed by Janastha's Editor-in-Chief Kishore Shrestha, Senior Advocate Bhattarai stated that once a person publicizes a photo or video themselves, it ceases to be personal.
