Roads Affected by Rain, Flood, and Landslides Across Nepal

Kathmandu. Transportation services have been affected on various main highways across the country due to continuous rain, floods, and landslides. According to Nepal Police data, several road sections in Kosi, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Karnali provinces are completely or partially blocked.

In Kosi Province, the Mechi Highway section in Rajduwali, Ilam, is completely blocked due to continuous rain. However, an alternative route is available there. Similarly, on the Mid-Hill Highway's Bhojpur section (Bokhim), the road is only one-way due to floods.
