Opposition MP Accuses Government of Authoritarianism Amidst Natural Disasters and Press Freedom Concerns

Kathmandu. Opposition party Nepali Congress lawmaker Narendra Kumar Kerung has accused the government of not being sensitive to public concerns and moving towards authoritarianism.

Speaking on a special occasion during the House of Representatives meeting on Tuesday, lawmaker Kerung strongly objected to the widespread natural disasters across the country, interference with press freedom, and the government's style of functioning.
