Two Separate Writ Petitions Filed in Supreme Court Against Administration's Actions

Kathmandu. Two separate writ petitions have been filed in the Supreme Court claiming that the administration is trying to send the case directly to the 'Constitutional Bench' against the order given by the Supreme Court's joint bench to send it to the 'Full Bench', and that seniority has been violated in the formation of the Constitutional Bench.
The writ petitions, filed by advocate Dr. Premraj Silwal, have made the Supreme Court administration and the Supreme Court as defendants. Silwal had submitted these writ petitions at the Supreme Court on Monday.
