Pakistan Supreme Court Orders Ex-PM Imran Khan's Transfer to Hospital

Islamabad. Pakistan's Supreme Court has ordered the transfer of former Prime Minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan, who is in jail, to a hospital.

A three-member bench ordered Khan to be transferred from Adiala Jail in Rawalpindi to Shifa International Hospital in Islamabad within two days. The PTI had long demanded the transfer to a hospital due to concerns about his health, especially fluctuations in his blood pressure.
