Senior Litterateur Prof. Dr. Rajendra Bimal Dies at Provincial Hospital Janakpur; Sons Allege Negligence

Janakpurdham. The sons of senior litterateur Prof. Dr. Rajendra Bimal have accused the Provincial Hospital Janakpur of gross negligence leading to their father's death.

The sons of the late Bimal, Dr. Abhas and Vibhash Labh, stated that their father's unexpected death occurred due to the hospital's neglect in treating a patient who was in a stable condition. Abhas, Bimal's son, said, 'At 11 PM, our father was fine, he ate and conversed with all of us. Then suddenly, he experienced respiratory problems, and upon the advice of physician Kuldeep Pandit, we took him to the government hospital, but taking him there was a big mistake. Perhaps if we hadn't taken him there, our father would still be with us.'
