Jhapa District Completes Six Suspension Bridges and One Motorable Bridge in Past Fiscal Year

Jhapa. The District Infrastructure Development Office has completed the construction of six suspension bridges in various places of Jhapa in the last fiscal year. According to the chief of the office, Rajeshwar Mahato, the total length of the completed suspension bridges is 228 meters.

According to the office, suspension bridges have been constructed over the Krishnakhola on the road connecting Gauradaha Municipality-1 and Kamal Basbari, over the Chandu Khola in Niroula village of Gauradaha Municipality-5, and over the Dipeni Khola on the road to Jalpaithibara Devi located in Damak Municipality-8 and 9.
