Indian Army Chief Announces Welfare Schemes for Ex-Servicemen in Pokhara

Pokhara. Indian Army Chief General Dhiraj Seth has announced welfare schemes for Indian ex-servicemen from Pokhara. He said that the Indian Army has put forward new welfare schemes for the welfare of ex-servicemen and their families.
He informed that a new Ex-servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS) polyclinic has been operationalized in Kohalpur to remove the compulsion for ex-servicemen in Western Nepal to travel to Kathmandu or Pokhara for health treatment. Seth informed that the process of adding modern medical equipment to other polyclinics including Pokhara has also started.
