12 Life Insurance Companies See Slight Drop in Net Profit in Q4 FY 2082/83

Kathmandu. According to the financial statements for the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2082/83, the overall net profit of the 12 major operating life insurance companies has seen a slight decline. Public data shows that the overall profit has decreased by 2.43 percent compared to the previous year.

In the fourth quarter of the previous fiscal year (2081/82), these companies earned a total net profit of Rs 5 billion 21 crore 63 lakh, which decreased to Rs 5 billion 8 crore 97 lakh in the same period of fiscal year 2082/83.
