Thamel to Operate 24 Hours Safely and Orderly

Kathmandu. Thamel, a major tourist destination in Kathmandu, will be operated 24 hours a day safely, orderly, and with dignity.

An agreement was reached to operate Thamel 24 hours a day in a family-friendly, safe, and dignified manner during a meeting today between the newly elected team of the Thamel Tourism Development Council and Kathmandu's Chief District Officer Ishwar Raj Poudel.
