Urlabari-Madhumalla-Rabi road remains incomplete for over half century

By Hari Prasad Koirala, Uralbari, Aug. 20: A road linking Uralbari in Morang with Madhumalla, Chulachuli in Ilam and Rabi in Panchthar has remained incomplete for more than five decades, despite being a long-standing dream of residents of northeastern Morang and southern Ilam, as well as parts of Panchthar and Taplejung.
