Lalitpur Highway Section Now Brightly Lit at Night

Lalitpur. The road section within Lalitpur Metropolitan City on the Ring Road, from Balkumari Bridge to Balkhu, is now brightly lit even at night. The road has become bright after the operation of state-of-the-art street lights installed with a total investment of 10 million rupees from Lalitpur Metropolitan City and 30 million rupees from Nepal Electricity Authority. With the lights turned on along the 7.9 km road section from Wednesday, it has become much easier for drivers and pedestrians to travel. This technology has helped to make night travel safer. With the road lit up, pedestrians have been facilitated, and this charming and bright view of Lalitpur can be clearly seen even from airplanes landing at Tribhuvan International Airport.
