Around 210,000 metric tonnes of fertiliser being imported by mid-August

The Ministry of Agriculture, Forests and Environment has made preparations to import around 210,000 metric tonnes of chemical fertiliser by mid-August. The Ministry has forwarded a process to import such a quantity of chemical fertiliser through different media to ensure supply of the fertiliser required for paddy crop.
