Paris. Paris Saint-Germain (PSG)'s first match to defend the French league title has been moved elsewhere at the last moment due to the poor condition of the ground. The match against Rennes has been postponed due to the grass at the champion PSG's home ground being damaged by excessive heat.
The French Football Competition Committee announced late on Wednesday that the match, which was scheduled for Sunday, will now be played at Rennes' ground. PSG has stated that the condition of its home ground, Parc des Princes, is very poor.
