NC Internal Dispute: Deuba and Khadka File Supreme Court Petition to Halt 15th General Convention

Kathmandu. Nepali Congress's internal dispute has reached its peak, with former President Sher Bahadur Deuba and former Acting President Purna Bahadur Khadka approaching the Supreme Court demanding a halt to the entire process of the 15th General Convention.

Deuba and Khadka have filed a writ petition in the Supreme Court in protest against the establishment faction unilaterally publicizing the General Convention schedule. Congress leader Deepak Khadka on behalf of Deuba and advocate Shravan Kumar on behalf of Purna Bahadur Khadka have already reached the Supreme Court for filing the writ.
