Scooter Dicky Thief Arrested with 21 Keys

Kathmandu. Sobit Karki, originally from Madhumall, Miklajung Rural Municipality, Morang, occasionally comes to Kathmandu. Sobit, who is 54 years old, looks into the dickies of parked scooters when he comes to Kathmandu.

His criminal style is to pretend to talk on the mobile, insert the key into the scooter's dicky, and steal whatever is found inside once it's open, then flee. For that work, he walks around with a pocket full of scooter keys.
