Government to Revise Telecom License Renewal Fees Based on Income

Kathmandu. The government is going to revise the existing system of license renewal fees for telecommunication companies.

The draft of the 'Integrated Telecommunication Policy, 2083' prepared by the Nepal Telecommunications Authority has a provision to determine the renewal fee of telecom companies based on a percentage of annual income instead of a lump sum heavy amount.
