KATHMANDU, Aug 22: The ruling Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has begun preparations for the upcoming local-level elections. But as the party’s Central Committee (CC) meets at its Banasthali-based central office in Kathmandu to discuss election preparations, Prime Minister and RSP Senior Leader Balendra Shah (Balen) has headed toward Mustang via Pokhara.
