Malaysia accused of restricting Nepal’s foreign employment agencies under FWCMS

Malaysia appears to have restricted the recruitment of Nepali workers to a limited number of foreign employment companies, raising fresh concerns over a long-running dispute over an alleged recruitment syndicate.
