Karn Sharma Announces Retirement from Cricket

Kathmandu. Former Indian leg-spinner Karn Sharma has announced his retirement from international and Indian domestic cricket. The 38-year-old Karn announced his retirement after the UP T-20 League match between Kanpur Superstars and Meerut Mavericks on Saturday night. He will formally end his playing career after playing the final match of the Railways team in Lucknow on August 25.

Announcing his retirement, Karn expressed his gratitude to his family, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), Railways, Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association (UPCA), Andhra and Vidarbha Cricket Associations, and everyone who supported him in his cricket journey.
