Chief Justice Sharma Emphasizes Bar and Bench Role in Justice Delivery

Tanahun. Chief Justice Dr. Manojkumar Sharma has stated that the bar and bench have important roles in justice delivery. Speaking at a welcome program organized by the Tanahun District Court Bar Unit in Damauli today, he said that effective judicial resolution is possible only through cooperation between the bar and bench.

He mentioned that judicial delivery is a shared responsibility of all, and therefore, the active participation of all parties is necessary. He noted that cooperation and coordination among all parties related to the judiciary are essential to make justice delivery effective and citizen-friendly.
