Iran Retaliates Against US Military Bases in Bahrain, Kuwait, and Jordan

KATHMANDU. The military tension between Iran and the United States of America has suddenly escalated. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) of Iran has launched retaliatory attacks on US military bases in Bahrain, Kuwait, and Jordan in response to the attacks by US forces on its ports and islands in the Strait of Hormuz.

According to a statement released by the IRGC on Wednesday by Iran's state-controlled media, the Iranian army carried out drone attacks on the US Fifth Naval Fleet stationed in Bahrain and the Ali Al Salem military base in Kuwait. Additionally, Iran stated that a long-range missile was fired targeting the air force base in Azraq, Jordan.
