Madhesh Province Chief Minister Krishna Yadav Travels to India Without Federal Government Consent

Janakpur. The issue of Madhesh Province Chief Minister Krishna Yadav traveling to India without the consent of the federal government has become public. Chief Minister Yadav, however, stated that his trip was personal and religious in nature, thus not requiring federal government consent.

According to the Province Government's Home Minister Fakira Mahato, Chief Minister Yadav traveled to India last Friday to visit Baba Baidyanath Dham (Babadham) in Deoghar, India. Mahato informed that some ministers from the provincial government and his personal secretary were also with him.
